Jerusalen 6, Parla, Madrid, Espana, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data when you interact with our services: identification data (name, surname), contact data (email address, telephone number), and project-related data (project descriptions, business information submitted via contact forms). We do not collect special category data as defined under Article 9 of the GDPR.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Your data is processed for the following purposes: (a) to respond to inquiries and provide requested services — legal basis: pre-contractual measures under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; (b) to send service-related communications — legal basis: legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; and (c) to comply with legal obligations such as invoicing and tax documentation — legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Project-related data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and up to 5 years thereafter to comply with Spanish commercial and tax record-keeping obligations. Inquiry data not resulting in a contract is deleted within 12 months.
5. Data Sharing
optimizedcopyworks does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with: (a) hosting and email service providers acting as data processors under Article 28 GDPR; (b) accounting and legal advisors bound by professional confidentiality; and (c) public authorities when legally required.
6. International Transfers
If personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data (Article 15), rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16), erasure of data ("right to be forgotten") (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20), and the right to object to processing (Article 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by optimizedcopyworks, operating from C. Jerusalen 6, Parla, Madrid, Espana.
1. Service Commencement
Work begins upon receipt of the initial payment and confirmed project brief. By initiating payment, the client acknowledges acceptance of this refund policy and the project scope as defined in the service agreement.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, a full refund of the initial payment will be issued within 14 business days. Cancellation must be communicated in writing to [email protected].
3. Cancellation During Active Projects
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, refund is calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. Completed deliverables remain the property of optimizedcopyworks until full payment is received. No refund is available for work that has been delivered and approved by the client.
4. Revision Policy
Each service includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed separately. Failure to provide timely feedback (within 5 business days of delivery) does not constitute grounds for a refund.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (stock imagery, font licenses, domain registrations), rush fees, and strategy consultation sessions that have been delivered.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Spanish consumer protection law. Clients may also contact the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 2026
These Terms of Service govern the provision of copywriting and content services by optimizedcopyworks, registered at C. Jerusalen 6, Parla, Madrid, Espana. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Services
optimizedcopyworks provides professional copywriting, content strategy, and brand messaging services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in a written proposal or service agreement accepted by the client prior to work commencement.
2. Client Obligations
The client shall provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution, respond to queries within 5 business days, and designate an authorized point of contact. Delays caused by the client may result in timeline adjustments without liability to optimizedcopyworks.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. A 50% advance payment is required before work begins on projects exceeding 500 euros. Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of 8% above the ECB reference rate, plus a 40 euro recovery fee as per EU Directive 2011/7/EU.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives exclusive rights to use the delivered copy for the agreed purpose. optimizedcopyworks retains the right to display anonymized samples in its portfolio unless the client objects in writing. The client warrants that they have the legal authority to commission work related to their business and brand.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 3 years.
6. Limitation of Liability
optimizedcopyworks provides copywriting services and does not guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, conversions, rankings). Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the termination date. All completed deliverables are released upon receipt of final payment.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
